In my professional opinion (I cut the grass in the Dothan City Cemeteries in the Summers of '68 & '69) this is one of the most impressive statues in either cemetery. This large monument marks the grave of Mrs. Luta Young who died in 1908. I always liked to take my breaks sitting on the coping around her plot. When I worked there only the angels thumbs were gone.
